SPICY PITA CHIPS
A low fat and tasty snack!

4 large Whole Wheat Pita Bread
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. El's Kitchen Dry Rub for Chicken & Pork (Spicy or Medium Spicy)
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut pita into 8ths. Mix together olive oil and El's Rub in large bowl. Thoroughly toss pita wedges in mixture until well coated. Spread wedges in 1 layer on 2 cookie sheets. Bake for 7 minutes. Flip wedges over. Cook for another 7 to 8 minutes, or until pita chips are brown and crisp. Cool completely before serving.
