SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP
(6 - 8 appetizer servings)

Spices combined with lemon & olive oil make a deliciously spicy appetizer!
1 lb jumbo shrimp
4 T. Fish Spicy Rub
2 t. kosher salt
6 T. olive oil
4 t. lemon juice
Skewers
Peel shrimp and devein. Start hot fire on grill (600 degrees).
Mix all ingredients excluding the shrimp and make a paste. Smear the paste over the shrimp. (you can let this rest refrigerated for hours if you wish).
Skewer shrimp. Place kebobs on grill. Turn once after 2 to 3 minutes .
Can be served hot or at room temperature.
