EL'S SPICED PARTY NUTS
2 T. olive oil
4 t. El's Kitchen Dry Rub for Chicken & Pork (any variety)
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
Preheat oven to 325.
Heat oil over low heat for 2 minutes. Put peanuts in pan and stir well to coat. Sprinkle 2 t. of dry rub to cover all nuts. Stir nuts. Sprinkle 2 more teaspoons. Stir nuts for 30 seconds.
Spread nuts on baking sheet. And bake for 10 to 15 mins., shaking pan every 5 minutes (watch carefully - nuts burn easily).
Remove baking sheet from oven. Let pan rest 1 hour.
Store in airtight container.
