RICE & SPICE

1 c. long grain rice
2 c. water
2 chicken bullion cubes
1 T. Chicken & Pork or Fish Rubs (any variety)
Bring water, bullion & rub to a boil. Put in rice. Bring back to boil. Lower heat to simmer. Cover tightly for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
