FISH TACOS
(12 Servings)
1 lb. fish fillets
1 T. El's Kitchen Dry Rub for Fish Spicy
Taco shells and/or soft tortilllas
Sprinkle El's Kitchen Dry Rub on both sides of fish using spoon; rub spices on fish. Prepare hot fire. Oil grate on grill. Grill fish about 5 minutes each side or until fish begins to flake (use a fork to test for "flakiness"). Cut fish into 1" chunks.
Fill about 1/3 of tacos/tortillas with fish. Garnish.
Serving Suggestion: Serve tacos with black beans and rice
Garnish: Salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, black beans
