The 4th of July is coming up, which means the summer is in full swing. A cookout, maybe a picnic, some fireworks even? If you are a Massachussets resident, El is demoing her gluten free bagel snaps and medleys once again, but this time at Whole Foods in both Hingham and Newton. Tomorrow, she will be in the Boston area to demo her dry rubs. These rubs are a quick and easy way to give whatever meat you’re serving that extra kick of flavor everyone will enjoy. Stock up on all of your favorite rub flavors for this wonderful celebration coming on Monday.
